Cancellations and Returns

Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled but are subject to a cancellation fee of $2 per item (maximum $10 per order). There is no cancellation fee if the customer cancels an order and then immediately reorders a different product.

We accept returns on products up to 30 days from date of delivery. The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For returns, please email for information on how and where to ship back the item(s).
Customers who are returning an item(s):
***You are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except when the fault is ours (i.e., we sent the wrong item).
***There is a charge of 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of placing the product(s) back in our inventory and manually updating our shopping cart. (i.e., if the item you are returning costs $10, the restocking fee is $1, so you will receive a refund of $9)
***We will waive the restocking fee if the customer opts for an exchange.
***A refund (less the restocking fee and shipping cost) will be issued upon receipt of the product(s) in new condition.
***Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is also responsible for the actual shipping cost on product exchanges.
