Our shipping rates include the cost of packaging and mileage (if/when we have to drive to the post office), and Paypal fees. USPS has once again increased both domestic and international postage rates on January 26, 2020. 
Throughout April, we are offering FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the US on orders of $29 or more after discounts have been applied. Free shipping to Canada and other countries on orders of $49 or more after discounts and orders have been applied.
No coupon code needed to get free shipping. The free shipping option will appear when you enter your country/state/zip on the checkout page and your order meets the minimum for your country. In the event you are charged for shipping (glitches do happen!), your shipping cost will be refunded so no worries!
If you are a BYOCS/Premium Stamp Club subscriber, you get free worldwide shipping when you order a minimum of $30. Simply enter your personal coupon code for free shipping on checkout. 

We use Paypal as our payment processor. Our shopping cart uses Paypal Standard Checkout so you can pay with a credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. If you do have a Paypal account, you can pay with your Paypal balance, credit card, or eCheck.

If you are a California resident, an 8% sales tax is applied on your order (before shipping). As a registered business in California, we are required to report and pay sales tax on sales within California.

We use USPS to mail orders. All orders shipped to US addresses automatically get a tracking number. We ship in 3-7 business days (sometimes faster) for items that are IN STOCK. Orders paid with an eCheck will ship in 2-5 business days after funds clear. 

Important information for our Canadian and international customers: On January 26, 2020, the United States Postal Service once again increased its rates for shipping international orders. Also, as of January 27, 2019, First-Class Mail International Flat Envelopes service for merchandise is no longer offered by USPS. Instead, USPS now requires merchandise to be mailed either by Global Express Guaranteed service, Priority Mail Express International service, or First-Class Package International service. As a result of these postal changes, we have had to increase our flat shipping rates. We are also now utilizing a mailing service that allows us to mail merchandise as flats, but doing so has increased costs in postage as well. Please know that we don't profit and have never profited from shipping. 

Delivery Confirmation is included if we mail your order using USPS First-Class Package International Service, and Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope and Small Flat Rate Box and you live in the following countries: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland.

You are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred when your order reaches your country's customs office

Once we mail your items, we no longer have any control over them. International mail typically leaves the United States in 5-7 business days and arrives at the destination country in about 7 business days. The rest is up to your country's postal system. Please note that First-Class International Packages will go through customs and may get held up at your regional post office. As such, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time frame. We have mailed items to countries like Czechoslovakia and Ireland where buyers received their orders within a week. Buyers from Australia have received their orders in as short as 8 days and as long as 6 weeks. So please take note of this. If you have not received your order in 2-3 weeks, please wait another 2-3 weeks for it to arrive because it's likely already in your country but just stuck somewhere in your postal system. If after 6 weeks (42 days from when you placed your order) you still have not received your package, please contact us for a resolution. We will either issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) (shipping is NOT refundable) or send a replacement (we will invoice you for the shipping cost).
