No coupon code needed to get free shipping. The free shipping option will appear when you enter your country/state/zip on the checkout page and your order meets the minimum for your country. In the event you are charged for shipping (glitches do happen!), your shipping cost will be refunded so no worries!
If you are a Premium Stamp Club subscriber, you get free worldwide shipping when you order a minimum of $15. Simply enter your personal coupon code on checkout.

We use Paypal as our payment processor. Our shopping cart uses Paypal Standard Checkout so you can pay with a credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. If you do have a Paypal account, you can pay with your Paypal balance, credit card, or eCheck.

If you are a California resident, an 8% sales tax is applied on your order (before shipping). As a registered business in California, we are required to report and pay sales tax on sales within California.

We use USPS to mail orders. Orders of at least $25 shipped to US addresses automatically get a tracking number. We ship in 2-5 business days (sometimes faster) for items that are IN STOCK. Orders paid with an eCheck will ship in 2-5 business days after funds clear. 

Important information for our Canadian and international customers: Depending on the size of your order, we will ship either via First-Class International Letter, First-Class International Package, or Priority Mail International (flat rate envelope or box). If your order is large and costs more than $5.50 (Canada) or $8 (other countries) for us to ship, we shoulder the extra shipping cost -- we will not bill you for shipping overages (if we ship your order in one envelope instead of in multiple envelopes).

Delivery Confirmation is included if we mail your order using USPS First-Class Package International Service, and Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope and Small Flat Rate Box and you live in the following countries: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland.

You are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred when your order is shipped via First-Class International Package (with tracking). We will not falsify customs forms so please do not ask us to declare a low value. We will always declare the actual value paid in an order. However, we can work with you by splitting your order into several shipments if you prefer. In this case, we will bill you for shipping/postage for the other shipments. Contact us if you want your order mailed this way.
We do not make a profit from shipping. Our flat rate shipping rates include handling fees and packaging supplies. We drive to the post office to mail international packages and that costs time, gas, and money.

Once we mail your items, we no longer have any control over them. International mail typically leaves the United States in 3-5 business days and arrives at the destination country in about 5 business days. The rest is up to your country's postal system. Please note that if we mail your order as a First-Class International Package, it will go through customs and may get held up at your regional post office. As such, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time frame. We have mailed items to countries like Czechoslovakia and Ireland where buyers received their orders within a week. Buyers from Australia have received their orders in as short as 8 days and as long as 6 weeks. So please take note of this. If you have not received your order in 2-3 weeks, please wait another 2-3 weeks for it to arrive because it's likely already in your country but just stuck somewhere in your postal system. If after 6 weeks (42 days from when you placed your order) you still have not received your package, please contact us for a resolution. We will either issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) (shipping is NOT refundable) or send a replacement (we will invoice you for the shipping cost).
